- The comments displayed on the website represent the personal opinions of customers and not of NovaLumix, as we are not the manufacturer but a provider of product information.
- Users are required to register an account with accurate information and update it as necessary. Each user is responsible for their password, account, and activity on the website. Notification must be provided to us in case of unauthorized account access. NovaLumix bears no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from non-compliance with these regulations.
- During the registration process, users agree to receive promotional emails from the website. Opt-out options are available by clicking the link at the bottom of any promotional email.
- NovaLumix reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time and for any reason. Additional contact details may be requested before accepting orders.
- While we endeavor to provide accurate price information, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error on the website, we will contact you for further instructions or cancel the order as per your preference. NovaLumix also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, regardless of confirmation or payment status.
- All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to registered or unregistered trademarks, information content, designs, text, graphics, software, images, video, music, and audio, are the property of NovaLumix. The entire content of the website is protected by copyright laws of Vietnam and international conventions.
- The terms, conditions, and content of this website are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes arising from unauthorized website use will be resolved by the competent courts in Vietnam.
- NovaLumix prioritizes information security and employs best practices to protect user information and payments. Transaction information is encrypted for security during the payment process.
- Users must not interfere with the website system or alter data structure. Distribution, dissemination, or promotion of activities aimed at interfering with, destroying, or infiltrating the system's data is strictly prohibited.
- Transaction information is kept confidential, but NovaLumix may be obligated to provide this information to law enforcement agencies upon request.
- Customers have the right to cancel transactions if goods received have not been used or benefited from. Please refer to our return policy for further details.
- Most items are eligible for return for a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery, provided they are returned in the same condition as they were shipped, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. After 30 days, NovaLumix cannot accept returns, but most items come with a full manufacturer warranty covering product defects.
- Notification of shipping damage must be provided to NovaLumix within 24 hours of delivery for eligibility for return or replacement. Photos of damaged items may be requested before RMA approval.
- Items returned in a different condition than they were delivered may incur a 15% restocking fee. Discretionary returns, such as buyer's remorse or incorrect purchases, may also be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. NovaLumix reserves the right to deduct shipping costs from the refund. Items without original packaging cannot be accepted for return.
Items Not Eligible for Return Include:
- Software
- Items returned in a different condition than they were delivered (missing contents, accessories, documentation, and/or damaged packaging)
- Items considered for “personal use” (e.g., headphones, in-ear monitors, instrument mouthpieces, harmonicas)
- Special Orders
- Discontinued products
- Close-out sales
Users are advised to check their orders upon receipt to ensure proper functionality. For returns, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue for a Return Merchandise Authorization. NovaLumix will not be responsible for returns or shipments sent without an RMA number or NovaLumix shipping label.
